Being Spiritually Fit is important but we also aim to be physically fit as well. Every Wednesday we meet at Washington Square Mall to exercise and to fellowship with our community.

Mugs & Muffins

​​The purpose of Mugs & Muffins is to give people a opportunity to stop by and see what we do for our community. Being able to sit down, relax and enjoy a muffin and coffee are just a bonus. Hours are between 8AM-12PMon the first Monday of the Month. This is free of charge but donations are always accepted.  Be sure to mark your calendar!

Camp for Champs

During the summer months many children are left to fend for themselves. In order to create an outlet for children who don't get to experience going on vacation or simply going out to lunch, we have created Camp for Champs. Our offerings extend from going to the St Louis Zoo, Sky Zone, ETC.
